Day 1: Los Angeles - Santa Barbara - Solvang - Monterey - Carmel (296 miles) |

Summer Route (April 1 – Oct 31): In the morning, guests will be picked up from the specified departure location in Los Angeles. Leaving LA, we will drive along the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway, stopping in Santa Barbara. Visit a Spanish Mission and learn how these religious outposts were key in the development of the entire region. Continue to Denmark Village of Solvang. We head north to the world famous Route #1 where we get to see the spectacular California coastline up close (small vehicles will travelthe southern portion of route 1 while full size coaches will travel the 17-mile drive exclusively). Afterwards, we will leave for Carmel, Enjoy some free time to stroll in town before departing to reach our hotel for overnight. Winter Route (Nov 1 – Mar 31): Depart north up the spectacular California Coast to the first stop in Santa Barbara. We start our tour when we stop at the heart of downtown at “state street promenade” stroll through the exclusive shops and restaurants at this beautiful part of town which is insulated from traffic while enjoying the architectural beauty, sights and sounds in a peaceful setting. Continue to Santa Barbara beaches and Stearns wharf to “walk on the water” and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean, we finish our visit at the Spanish Mission Santa Barbara and learn how these religious outposts were key in the development of the entire region. From the mission we continue to Solvang. Enjoy the Danish-style architecture while browse in the local shops and restaurants. After our lunch break, we head north through Silicon Valley before departing to reach our hotel for overnight. "The American Riviera" in southern California is known for its year-round warm weather. It features miles of beaches as well as historic landmarks like the Mission Santa Barbara, a still-functioning church founded by Spanish missionaries in the 18th century.
Antiquated windmills and Northern Europeans-style architecture punctuate the little village's skyline. Brilliant sunshine, boundless open country and rolling hills- these are the characteristics of what the original Danish immigrants called "Solvang" or "Sunny Field"
Monterey was the capital of Alta California under both Spain and Mexico. It was the only port of entry for taxable goods in California. In 1846 the U.S. flag was raised over the Customs House, and California became part of the United States after the ensuing Mexican-American War.
Officially called Carmel-by-the-Sea, this coastal Southern California town is known for its amazing scenery as well as its art scene past and present. Day 2: San Francisco |

In the morning, we will tour San Francisco. We start our tour at the Fisherman's Wharf with a cruise in the world famous bay, under the Golden Gate Bridge and around the notorious Alcatraz Island. Return to Pier 39 for a leisurely lunch before an afternoon tour that takes in all the city's famous landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Union square, Chinatown and Nob Hill. Our tour ends with a night view of the city from the Bay Bridge. San Francisco, the heart of central California's Bay Area, is famous for its iconic Golden Gate Bridge, its unique culture, and its position at the forefront of technological innovation. Beautiful weather and waterfront views await visitors as well!

Day 3: San Francisco - Yosemite - Stevenson Ranch (587 miles) |

Summer Route:After departing from San Francisco in the morning, we will make our to the magnificent Yosemite National Park. In winter we will visit to the world famous Hearst Castle. We will arrive in Stevenson Ranch, CA in the late evening and spend the night. Winter Route: We start the day with a tour of Monterrey to include the wharf and Cannery Row after our tour we continue our tour of the beautifulCalifornia Coast with a visit to the town of Carmel. Enjoy some free time to stroll in town and enjoy the beautiful boutiques and galleries. We head south to the worldfamous Route #1 where we get to see the spectacular California coastline up close (small vehicles will travel the southern portion of route 1 while full size coaches will travel the 17 mile drive exclusively). In the evening, drive south towards Las Vegas. Yosemite National Park in central California is best known for the amazing granite cliffs of the Yosemite Valley as well as the towering Yosemite Falls and Sequoias. Millions of people every year journey to this UNESCO World Heritage Site. San Simeon is a town on the Pacific coast of San Luis Obispo County, California. Its position along State Route 1 is approximately halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, each of those cities being roughly 230 miles (370 km) away. A key feature of the area is Hearst Castle.
This affluent community is north of Los Angeles in the Santa Clarita Valley. Today we will travel to Las Vegas, NV. We stop for lunch at the outlet mall in Barstow. Upon our arrival in the evening, we will take a tour of the Las Vegas Strip. Barstow serves as a civilized stop-over for off-road enthusiasts and desert adventurers and offers access to a very modest clutch of cultural sights. Find out and about a museum or two, including one with Route 66 as its focus, filming locations like Bagdad Cafe and quaint Calico Ghost Town.
Las Vegas is known as the "Entertainment Capital of the World" for a good reason-- casinos and hotels line its streets, and visitors can gamble, see shows, and shop at virtually any hour of the day or night.

After a leisurely breakfast we leave Las Vegas and make our way to the Hoover Dam, understand how this man made phenomenon was built and what it did to the area.
